How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
How should I care for my ethnic wear?
To preserve the vibrant colors and delicate fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning for the first wash and gentle hand washing in cold water subsequently.
Do you offer customization or tailoring?
Currently, we provide a wide range of standard sizes based on our size chart. We do not offer custom tailoring at this time, but our garments are designed with margins for easy adjustments.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
