Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and accessories are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Pickup and Shipping

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address or provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at the nearest courier point.

  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
